NEW MOON Sound Healing & Om Circle

Immerse yourself in a healing journey with our Sound Healing & Om Circle to welcome in the New Moon.

This event combines the therapeutic effects of sound healing, the vibrational energy of group chanting, and the restorative power of Reiki.

We conclude with authentic sharing, tea, light refreshments and optional mandala colouring for those who wish to integrate their experience creatively / non-verbally.

Here are some mantras and affirmations that can be used during the new moon: 

• Om Chandraya Namaha: This mantra is dedicated to the moon and is said to bring clarity and calm to the mind.

• I welcome new beginnings and trust life's process.

• I am open to abundance in all areas of life.

• I release what no longer serves me and invite fresh energy.

• I trust the universe to bring my intentions to life.

• I am grateful for a new start.

• I am aligned with the universe.

• I trust my intuition completely.

RITUAL OFFERING: I invite each guest to contribute an offering/item for the circle; crystal, stone, seed, plant or fruit. In exchange, feel free to choose a crystal from the circle to take home with you.
