About the event
A weekend retreat for cultivating mental clarity, wisdom and deep rest.
Daily mantra meditations & group sound healing.
This retreat will be an immersion of the Manjushri Mantra, which I will be teaching and chanting throughout the weekend in our group meditation sessions. This Tibetan mantra is for blessing one's speech with compassion and truth, as well as cultivating mental clarity, wisdom and focus.
No prior experience with mantra or meditation is required - just an open heart and mind.
Menu : Vegetarian.

Accom: private rooms, shared bathrooms. Heating in all bedrooms. There are twin rooms available on request. (Please note: this does not change the retreat price). Otherwise all rooms will be allocated individually.
Location: Maitripa Centre, Healesville VIC.
Date: Friday May 26th - Sunday May 28th.
Arrival: 4pm - 5pm Friday
Depart: 4pm Sunday
Cost: $770 per person. Includes all meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning tea & afternoon tea
