Fellow Sound Healers, Yogis & Teachers who want to learn more about Mantra Meditation & experience group chanting. 

Anyone experiencing chronic neck, jaw pain or ear pain, or Hip/Lower back pain unrelieved by physical, conventional or  esoteric therapies.

Techniques for vocal health and vocal warmups. 

Stretches and massage techniques for releasing tension in the neck, tongue, and jaw.

Healing  practices and mantras to balance the Sacral Chakra.

Your Guide:

Katie Underwood will share her expertise, drawing from over 35 years of singing, 15 years as a healing practitioner, and a decade of teaching meditation.
